Cinnamon Ibon, Hypocryptadius cinnamomeus, is a sparrow of montane Mindanao in the southern Philippines. It lives in tropical Asian cloudforest, especially moist montane and mossy forest, including forest edge, above 1,000 metres. It is the only species in its genus and was first described by Hartert in 1903. The bird was once linked with white-eyes, but it is now placed with the sparrows. It forages in the understorey for insects and may join mixed flocks with other small birds. Breeding birds have been collected from February to May.
