Citrine White-eye, Zosterops semperi, is a passerine in the family Zosteropidae, the white-eyes. It occurs in the Pacific Ocean in Palau, Truk and Pohnpei, in the western and central Caroline Islands of Micronesia. It was described by Hartlaub in 1868.
