Creamy-bellied Antwren, Herpsilochmus motacilloides, is a passerine in the antbird family found in south-east Peru on the eastern slopes of the Andes between Huánuco and Cuzco. It lives in humid montane forest, both inside the woodland and along its margins, especially where tall trees, moss and epiphytes are abundant. It is a year-round resident. The species was described by Taczanowski in 1874 and is monotypic. Adults show a marked difference between the sexes, with the male having a black crown and nape and the female a rusty brown forehead.
