Crested Doradito, Pseudocolopteryx sclateri, is a tyrant flycatcher of reed beds, marshes and tall grassy places near water in South America, with breeding records in Venezuela, Guyana, Trinidad, Bolivia, eastern and southern Brazil, and north-eastern Argentina. It is a small bird with a shaggy crest, and the sexes differ in plumage. Males show a pale olive head and upperparts, a blackish crown with pale edging, dusky cheeks, bright yellow underparts and a slender black bill. Females are paler, with a faint pale-yellow eyebrow and a pinkish-orange lower mandible.
