Drongo Fantail, Chaetorhynchus papuensis, is a passerine of montane New Guinea in Australasia. It breeds in the highlands of the island and is the only member of Chaetorhynchus. Meyer, AB, described it in 1874. It was once treated with the drongos, but it is now placed in the fantail family Rhipiduridae. A notable feature is its twelve tail feathers, which sets it apart from the drongo family’s usual ten.
