Dull-mantled Antbird, Sipia laemosticta, is a passerine of the antbird family that breeds in eastern Costa Rica and Panama. It lives in the floor and lower growth of wet evergreen foothill forest, and also in lowland areas, especially where there are ravines, streamside slopes, and thick regrowth after landslides or tree falls. It is a resident bird throughout its range. The species was first described by Salvin in 1865 and is now placed in Sipia.
