Equatorial Antpitta, Grallaria saturata, is a passerine of the antpitta family that breeds in central and south-central Colombia, Ecuador, and north-central Peru. It was first described by Domaniewski and Stolzmann in 1918. The bird is named for a range that lies close to the Equator. It is the only member of its type. Its distribution is split into two main parts, one in Colombia and another extending through Ecuador into Peru. It lives on humid montane forest floors and undergrowth, and also uses nearby páramo, forest paths, and landslides.
