Ptyonoprogne fuligula
The Eurasian Crag Martin is a small migratory bird found in rocky areas across Europe, North Africa, and Asia. It has a dark brown plumage with paler underparts and a slightly forked tail. These agile birds are often seen flying low over cliffs and rocky outcrops, catching insects in flight. They build cup-shaped mud nests on cliff faces and in caves, often in large colonies. The species is known for its distinctive chattering calls and acrobatic flight displays during the breeding season.
