Falcated Wren-Babbler, Ptilocichla falcata, is a bird of Palawan in the south-western Philippines, where it breeds in the Oriental Region. It belongs to the family Pellorneidae and was described by Sharpe in 1877. Endemic to Palawan, it lives in tropical moist lowland forest, including primary forest, and is found up to 800 metres above sea level. It is often associated with streams, ridges and bamboo forest, and it does not use secondary forest. It is one of the birds known locally as the Tres Amigos, or Three Friends.
