Ferruginous Babbler, Pellorneum bicolor, is a bird of the Oriental Region, occurring on the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Bangka in the east of southern Sumatra, and Borneo. It is part of the ground babbler family, Pellorneidae. The species is also recorded from Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand. Its natural home is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.
