Fiery-breasted Bushshrike, Malaconotus cruentus, is a bird of the African tropical rainforest, with a breeding range from Guinea and Sierra Leone to north-east DR Congo, western Uganda, southern Congo and western DR Congo. It belongs to the bushshrike family, Malaconotidae. It occurs in subtropical or tropical dry forest and in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.
