Fiji White-eye, Zosterops explorator, is a passerine in the white-eye family and lives on Viti Levu, Ovalau, Vanua Levu, Taveuni and Kadavu in Fiji. It is a forest bird and is more frequent in thicker woodland where it shares its range with the silvereye. It is also known as Layard’s white-eye. Compared with the silvereye, it is more yellow in plumage, more robust in build and has a full eye-ring. Its back is olive green, with a yellow throat and belly.
