Foothill Elaenia, Myiopagis olallai, is a passerine in the tyrant flycatcher family, first described by Coopmans and Krabbe in 2000. It breeds in north-central Colombia, western Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru, where it is tied to humid montane forest. The species has a broken range on Andean slopes, with records from the east side of the Andes and the Serranía del Perijá. It is placed in the genus Myiopagis and is known from three subspecies. Its breeding range spans South America across these countries.
