Golden-browed Chat-Tyrant, Silvicultrix pulchella, is a passerine of the Tyrannidae family found in Peru and Bolivia in South America. It lives in humid montane forest on the eastern Andes slopes, including scrubby margins, shaded ravines, dense thickets, bamboo and mossy places. The species is a year-round resident. It was first described in 1876. Adults of the two sexes look alike, and the nominate form shows a golden-yellow forecrown that runs as a long eyebrow beyond the eye, set against a dark grey-brown head.
