Golden-browed Warbler, Basileuterus belli, is a New World warbler of the family Parulidae that breeds in Middle America from Mexico to Honduras. It is a bird of pine-oak forest and cloudforest with thick undergrowth, usually found at high elevations. The species has a broken distribution across Mexico and Central America, with separate populations in several regions. It was first described by Giraud Jr in 1841. The bird is a year-round resident, and its breeding season falls mainly between March and July.
