Pachycare flavogriseum (Meyer, AB, 1874)
Goldenface, Pachycare flavogriseum, is a passerine of montane New Guinea in Australasia, breeding in hill and mountain forest across Papua and Papua New Guinea. It belongs to the family Acanthizidae and is the only member of its genus. The bird is associated with dense forest, especially from 1600 to 1800 m. It was described by Meyer, AB, 1874. Its nest is globular with a side entrance that points downwards, and it is built by both parents.
