Goldman's Warbler

Zentrygon goldmani

Goldman's Warbler is a small bird species found in the cloud forests of Mexico and Guatemala. It is known for its distinctive yellow throat and chest, olive-green back, and gray head. This warbler forages for insects and small invertebrates in the dense foliage of the cloud forest canopy. It builds its nest in the understory, using moss and plant fibers. Due to habitat loss and fragmentation, the population of Goldman's Warbler is declining, and it is currently classified as Near Threatened by the IUCN.
