Gough Finch, Rowettia goughensis, is a passerine of the family Thraupidae that breeds on Gough Island in the Atlantic Ocean. It is the only species in the genus Rowettia. First described by W. E. Clarke in 1904, it was once placed with buntings before later studies showed its true tanager relationship. The species is confined to remote Gough Island and nearby stacks, where it occurs in temperate shrubland and subantarctic grassland. It is a monotypic bird with no recognised subspecies.
