Great Inca Finch, Incaspiza pulchra, is a passerine in the tanager family and breeds in Peru. It is confined to the western side of the Peruvian Andes, from southern La Libertad Department to southern Lima Department. Its home is steep ground and gullies with Melocactus cacti and terrestrial bromeliads, mostly above 1,500 m and from 1,000 to 2,700 m overall. It is a resident throughout the year. The species was first described in 1886 and is the only member of its genus.
