Green Figbird, Sphecotheres viridis, is a passerine of the Oriolidae family that breeds on Rote and Timor in the Lesser Sundas. It is found in forest, woodland, mangrove and scrub there. The male is like the more widespread Australian figbird, but smaller, and its underparts are yellow-olive throughout, including the throat, apart from a paler crissum. Vieillot described it in 1816.
