Green Manakin, Cryptopipo holochlora, is a manakin of the eastern Andes in South America, from eastern Colombia through Ecuador to south-eastern Peru. It lives in humid to wet lowland and foothill forest, using the undergrowth and middle storey. The sexes are alike. In the nominate form, the head, upperparts and central tail feathers are bright green, while the wings and outer tail feathers are darker with green edging. The throat, breast, flanks and undertail coverts are olive, and the chin and centre of the belly are pale yellowish.
