Grey-capped Hemispingus, Kleinothraupis reyi, is a bird of the Thraupidae family found in south-west Venezuela. It lives in subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and occurs at elevations between 2,200 metres and 3,000 metres. The bird is marked by a grey crown and lacks a supercilium. Its upperparts are olive, while the underparts are yellow. It was described by Berlepsch in 1885.
