Grey-headed Spinetail, Cranioleuca semicinerea, is a bird of eastern Brazil in the ovenbird family Furnariidae. It is confined to Brazil and is found from Ceará south to Goiás, with a small extension into Minas Gerais. It lives in drier deciduous and semi-deciduous forest, in woodland, and along the edges of wetter evergreen forest. The sexes look alike, and adults show a pale grey face with a faint whitish eyebrow, a darker line through the eye, and a short crest on the crown. Its tail feathers are graduated and end in a spiny-looking tip.
