Grey-naped Antpitta, Grallaria griseonucha, is a passerine of the Grallariidae family found in Venezuela, where it is confined to the Venezuelan Andes. It lives on the ground and in the lower growth of humid montane forest with moss, especially where vegetation is thick, including forest margins, young regrowth after treefalls or landslides, and stands of Chusquea bamboo. The nominate form occurs in south-central Mérida and eastern Trujillo, while G. g. tachirae is farther south, mainly in north-eastern Táchira and possibly into far southern Mérida. It was described by Sclater, PL & Salvin in 1871.
