Grey Silky-flycatcher, Ptiliogonys cinereus, is a passerine of the silky-flycatcher family that breeds from north-west Mexico to Guatemala. It is a bird of pine, pine-oak and juniper forest, and also occurs in pine savanna, with a rare presence in cloudforest. It is a slender species with a prominent crest and a long tail. It is also recorded as a vagrant in Texas. The species was described by Swainson in 1827 and is represented by four subspecies.
