Greyish Baywing, Agelaioides badius, is a passerine of South America, breeding across Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. It is a member of the Icteridae family. This bird is a year-round resident of open country, including woodland edges, savanna, scrub, pasture, farmland and suburban areas. It is chiefly a greyish buff-brown bird with blackish lores and ear coverts, dark olive-brown tail and wings, and a black bill, legs and feet. It is a cooperative breeder and uses cavities such as woodpecker holes, nest boxes and old nests of other birds.
