Hauxwell's Thrush, Turdus hauxwelli, is a thrush of western Amazonia in South America, where it occurs in humid forest across the upper Amazon Basin. It is a resident bird and is especially associated with várzea, river islands and riverbanks, though it also uses terra firme forest. The sexes look alike. Adults show a rufous-brown head, a dark-streaked pale throat, rich rufous-brown upperparts and a whitish belly, with a dark iris and brownish grey bill, legs and feet. It was described by Lawrence in 1869.
