Puffinus heinrothi Reichenow, 1919
Heinroth's Shearwater, Puffinus heinrothi, is a seabird of the Pacific Ocean, breeding is presumed on montane Bougainville, Kolombangara and Rendova in the northern and western Solomon Islands, and it ranges outside the breeding season to the Bismarck Archipelago, Flores and the Molucca seas. It belongs to the Procellariidae, within the order Procellariiformes. It is set apart by a long, narrow bill and a brown-washed underside. The species was described by Reichenow in 1919.
