Hume's Treecreeper, Certhia manipurensis, is a treecreeper in the Certhiidae family that breeds across the Oriental Region from the Himalayas to south Vietnam. It occurs in Assam, Myanmar, the Shan Mountains, northern Thailand, Laos and the Dalat Plateau. It was described by Hume in 1881. The species was once treated as part of the brown-throated treecreeper group, but it is now recognised separately. Its distinct calls helped establish that status, and molecular evidence also supports it. It has a rich cinnamon throat and breast.
