Jet Manakin, Chloropipo unicolor, is a passerine of the manakin family found in South America, breeding in Ecuador and Peru. It lives in humid montane forest on the eastern slopes of the Andes, with records from Ecuador south through Peru. The bird was first described by Taczanowski in 1884 and is now placed in Chloropipo. It is a monotypic species. Adult males are wholly black apart from white underwing coverts, while females are dark olive with a greyer throat and belly.
