Johannes's Tody-Tyrant, Hemitriccus iohannis, is a passerine of western Amazonia in South America, where it occurs in humid forest along waterways and oxbow lakes. It is a member of the tyrant flycatcher family and was first described in 1907. Its range covers eastern Peru, western Brazil and northern Bolivia, with separate populations in southern Colombia and eastern Ecuador. It is a resident bird. In Peru it is widespread but often overlooked, while in Colombia and Ecuador it is much more local. It is monotypic.
