Kai Kecil White-eye, Zosterops uropygialis, is a bird of the family Zosteropidae that occurs in the Kai Islands of Indonesia, with breeding recorded on Kai Kecil and Kai Dulah in the south-east Moluccas. It was described by Salvadori in 1874. Its natural home is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. It is also known as the golden-bellied white-eye. Habitat loss threatens it.
