Larus dominicanus
The Kelp Gull, scientifically known as Larus dominicanus, is a large gull species found in coastal regions of the southern hemisphere. These gulls are easily recognizable by their white head, gray wings, and black back. They are opportunistic feeders, scavenging for food along the shorelines and also preying on small animals and fish.
