Knysna Warbler, Bradypterus sylvaticus, is a passerine of dense coastal scrub in southern and eastern South Africa. It is a shy, hard-to-see bird that keeps low in thick vegetation, often close to the ground, and it also uses bramble thickets and suburban riparian woodland. Its upperparts are brown with an olivaceous wash, while the underparts are paler brown with whitish on the centre of the belly. The throat and chin are mottled and finely streaked. It has a short, square tail, and the eye, bill, legs and feet are brown.
