Laysan Albatross, Phoebastria immutabilis, is an albatross in the family Diomedeidae and the order Procellariiformes. It breeds in the Pacific Ocean on Torishima in the southern Izu Islands, Muko-jima in the Ogasawara or Bonin Islands south of Japan, the north-western Hawaiian Islands, and on Guadalupe and the Revillagigedo Islands west of north-central Mexico. It occurs in the North Pacific from the Bering Sea to the Tropic of Cancer.
