Lemon-throated Leaf Warbler, Phylloscopus cebuensis, is a leaf warbler of the Philippines, breeding in Luzon and the West Visayas. It occurs in tropical moist lowland primary forest and secondary forest, reaching 1,800 metres above sea level. Three subspecies are recognised, with forms on Luzon, including the Bicol Peninsula, and on Negros and Cebu. It feeds on small insects, taking them from foliage, and may forage alone or with mixed-species flocks. Breeding takes place from March to June.
