Phylloscopus calciatilis Alström, Davidson, PJ, Duckworth, Eames, JC, Trai Trong Le, Nguyen Cu, Olsson, Robson & Timmins, 2009
Limestone Leaf Warbler, Phylloscopus calciatilis, is a leaf warbler found in northern and central Vietnam and northern and central Laos. It is a bird of broadleaved evergreen and semi-evergreen forest around limestone karst mountains. It was first noticed in 1994 and was initially confused with the sulphur-breasted warbler. Compared with that species, it is smaller, has more rounded wings, a slightly colder yellow underparts tone, a greyer upper tone, and a proportionally larger bill. Its name refers to its limestone habitat.
