Little Inca Finch, Incaspiza watkinsi, is a passerine in the tanager family found in Peru, where it is confined to the north-west of the country. It lives in the lower Marañón valley and its tributaries in north-eastern Cajamarca and west-central Amazonas. The bird was first described by Chapman in 1925. It is the only member of its genus. Its habitat is arid scrub with cacti and terrestrial bromeliads, at elevations from 350 to 900 m.
