Lowland Masked Apalis, Apalis binotata, is a passerine in the family Cisticolidae, the cisticolas and allies. It occurs in Africa, with a breeding range in southern Cameroon, central Gabon, north-western Angola, north-eastern DR Congo, north-western Tanzania and Uganda. It was described by Reichenow in 1895.
