Mamberamo Sunbird, Cinnyris idenburgi, is a sunbird of northern New Guinea, with its breeding range in the Mamberamo, Sepik and Ramu basins. It was described by Rand in 1940 and is placed in the family Nectariniidae. It is now treated as a distinct species, having once been regarded as part of the garden sunbird. The male is separated from related forms by its plumage, and the species is considered monotypic, with no recognised subspecies. It uses forest edge and open scrub.
