Mayotte Drongo, Dicrurus waldenii, is a passerine of Mayotte in the Comoros, where it is confined to the island. It is a member of the drongo family and was described by Schlegel in 1865. The bird has glossy black plumage, red eyes and a long forked tail. It uses margins of evergreen forest, secondary growth, thickets, plantations, coastal mangroves and woodland, and is found in higher ground. It feeds on insects, including cicadas, and may also take small vertebrates. It nests from September to February.
