Meek's white-eye (Zosterops meeki) is a small songbird found in the mountain forests of Papua New Guinea. It is characterized by its distinctive white eye-ring and olive-green upperparts. The underparts are yellowish with a grayish wash on the throat. Meek's white-eye is an active and social bird, often seen in small flocks foraging for insects and nectar in the forest canopy. It also plays a role in seed dispersal within its habitat. Due to its restricted range and ongoing habitat loss, the conservation status of Meek's white-eye is currently classified as Vulnerable by the IUCN.
