Mindanao Blue Fantail, Rhipidura superciliaris, is a fantail of Mindanao and Basilan in the southern Philippines. It lives in tropical moist lowland forest and reaches foothill forest, with records up to 1,200 metres above sea level. It is a bird of the understorey and is often seen in mixed-species flocks. The species is recognised in two subspecies, one on Mindanao apart from the Zamboanga Peninsula, and the other on the peninsula and Basilan. Breeding has been recorded from April to August, and nests are placed in low bushes.
