Troglodytidae — Wrens

Musician Wren, Cyphorhinus arada, is a wren of Amazonia in South America, where it lives in humid forest and, in Brazil, várzea. It was described by Hermann in 1783. Its range extends from lowland forest up into the foothills of the Andes. The species is known for its elaborate song, and paired birds sing in turn. It is also called organ wren. Several subspecies are recognised, with differences in voice and plumage, and some authors have suggested dividing them further.
