Glyphorynchus spirurus
The Narrow-billed Woodcreeper is a small, slender bird found in the forests of Central and South America. It has a distinctive long, narrow bill, which it uses to probe into crevices and under bark in search of insects and spiders. This species is often observed moving vertically along tree trunks and branches, using its stiff tail for support. The plumage is primarily brown with subtle streaking, providing excellent camouflage in its wooded habitat.
