Natterer's slaty antshrike, Thamnophilus stictocephalus, is a passerine of the antbird family in southern Amazonia, where it occurs in Bolivia and Brazil. It was first described by Pelzeln in 1868. The species is split into two subspecies, with the nominate form in Brazil south of the Amazon and into northern Bolivia, and T. s. parkeri restricted to far north-eastern Bolivia. It lives in forest edges, clearings, white-sand woodland, semi-deciduous forest, gallery forest, and evergreen forest margins in grassland and cerrado.
