Nepal House Martin, Delichon nipalense, is a swallow in the Himalayas to north-west Vietnam, where it breeds in the Oriental Region. It is a non-migratory passerine of the family Hirundinidae. The bird lives in river valleys and on steep, wooded mountain ridges, and nests in colonies under ledges on vertical cliffs. Its enclosed mud nest holds three or four white eggs. It has blue-black upperparts, a white rump and white underparts, with a black throat and black undertail that help set it apart from similar martins.
