New Britain Goshawk, Tachyspiza princeps, is a bird in the order Accipitriformes and the family Accipitridae, which includes the kites, hawks and eagles. It occurs in Australasia, breeding on Normanby in the D’Entrecasteaux Archipelago, on Tagula in the central Louisiade Archipelago east of south-eastern New Guinea, and in montane New Britain in the south-eastern Bismarck Archipelago.
