Oaxaca Hummingbird, Eupherusa cyanophrys, is a hummingbird of southern Oaxaca in Mexico, where it is confined to the Pacific slope of the Sierra Madre del Sur. It lives in humid montane forest, semi-deciduous forest and pine-oak forest, using both forest edge and interior. The species was described by Rowley and Orr in 1964. It has a straight black bill, and the male shows a violet-blue forehead, turquoise crown, emerald green upperparts, a rufous wing patch, green central tail feathers and whitish outer tail feathers. The female is greener above and paler below.
