Tolmomyias flaviventris (Wied-Neuwied, M, 1831)

Ochre-lored Flatbill, Tolmomyias flaviventris, is a passerine of the Tyrannidae family found in Middle America and South America, including northern and southern Amazonia and eastern Brazil. It is a resident bird with a broad spread across eastern Panama, the Guianas, northern Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia, Trinidad and Tobago, and parts of southern Brazil. Its plumage is shared by both sexes, and adults show a yellowish olive head with an ochre-toned line above the lores and a matching eye-ring. The underparts are bright yellow, and the bill is broad and dark.
